Raw Pizza
This pizza is very popular at our Saturday Market and is easy to make. Once assembled the pizza can be picked up with your hands to be eaten, or simply allow the marinara to soak into the Essene Bread making it softer and easy to eat with a fork. This pizza can be easily complimented with a simple salad and Italian Vinaigrette.



Ingredients:
- Essene Bread or Flax Cracker,
- Sprouted Nut Ricotta
- Tomato Basil Marinara
- Pesto (Arrugula Basil, Spinach Basil, or Three Herb)
- Optional toppings: Greek Black or Jumbo Green Olives, chopped scallions, sliced avocado, red pepper flakes.


Instructions:
1. Place an even layer of Sprouted Nut Ricotta on top of the Essene bread or Flax cracker, about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick.

2. Cover the Sprouted Nut Ricotta with a healthy amount of fresh Tomato Basil Marinara.

3. Place a medium thin layer of the pesto of your choice on top of the Marinara.

4. Finally, top lightly with chopped sun-dried Black or Green Olives, and/or, chopped scallions, sliced avocado. Enjoy!
