These pies begin with the harvest of our fresh organic coconuts on the farm. The coconut meat is blended to a velvety smooth pudding with either raw carob or chocolate and placed on top of our Pecan Crumble Pie Crust.  The meeting of this dark layer (Earth) with a layer of pure coconut cream (Heaven) that makes them  “Heaven on Earth.”
