Our Chef‘s signature specialty item. These wonderful pestos are created within hours of harvest allowing the organic basil, herbs, spinach and arrugula to sing with full and vibrant flavor. Lovingly hand-made and meticulously handcrafted using only leaves and no stems. These pestos are amazingly fresh and simply sensational. Thick with herbs and nuts, not runny or thin. Try all four, great on anything you can imagine, like salads, raw pizza, pasta, crackers, sliced tomatoes or stuffed mushrooms. Also available as a semi-organic product when organic basil is not available.

Shelf life:
1 to 2 months refrigerated, 4 months frozen. Keep frozen or very cold. Packed in glass.
